Former Patriots draft pick Ryan Mallett drowned in Florida today | Dead at 35

Ryan Mallett had one of the biggest arms in college football when he left Arkansas. The New England Patriots drafted him and today at the age of 35 he died.
Mallett was transported to a Florida hospital from a beach, according to reports. He was pronounced deceased at the hospital.
No other details are available at this time, but the New England Patriots released this statement.
Mallett was drafted by the Patriots in 2011. Had stints with the Texans and Ravens. Recently the head coach for White Hall HS in Arkansas.
He was in Destin, Florida at the time of the incident.
