What makes you a top prospect at your position in the 2024 NFL Draft?

I am an every Running Back who prides himself on being able to run, block, and catch out the backfield while also having great football IQ no matter the game situation. 

At what age were you first interested in the sport of football?

I first started playing football at the age of 3. My dad played football at Grambling and I also had 2 older brothers who also played the sport as well.

What is one thing that NFL teams should know about you?

I am a student of the game of football who is always willing to learn and execute. My work ethic and my will to compete and be the best are what I pride myself in.

If you could donate to one cause in the world, what would it be?

Any cause that can help younger kids who are less fortunate.

What is the best advice you have ever received?

My dad who has been training and grooming me since the age of 5 has always told me, “It’s hard but it’s fair.”

Who was your childhood hero?

My dad.

Who is the most underrated teammate in your locker room at your school?

Dedrick Talbert.

What is your biggest pet peeve?

Having to repeat myself multiple times.

Overcoming adversity is what defines character, what was the hardest moment in your life to overcome?

Losing my oldest brother at the age of 9. I know that’s a young age but, I had never lost a family member before that time who I was also close to and looked up to. So I am making sure he’s living the life he never got to have through me and that propels me to be great in everything I do with no regrets.

Tell me something about your school and why it is so special to you?

My school is a national monument. We have the most National Championships in the entire SWAC, while also having 4 NFL Hall of Famers which is the most out of any other school in the conference.

What is your favorite snack food?

Gummy Bears

What is the best part of football?

Gamedays. We get to display all of the hard work that we have put in from the beginning of the week and to put on a show for our fans, family, and even ourselves doing what generally makes us happy.

If you could sell yourself in one sentence what would you say?

I am a generational athlete/person, you don’t want to be on that side of regret.

If you could compare your play to one player in the NFL who would it be?

Josh Jacobs, Running Back for the Las Vegas Raiders.

If you could have dinner with three people dead or alive, who would it be and why?

• LeBron James, because he’s my all-time favorite athlete.
• Adrian Peterson, because he was my all-time favorite NFL player growing up.
• Ray (my oldest brother), because I would like to know what he’ll say about how my life has been since the day he passed.
