What makes you a top prospect at your position in the 2024 NFL Draft

I believe my versatility in being able to play both Mike and Will, my ability to play in the box, as well as cover on RB’s, TE’s, and WR’s makes me a top prospect. I also believe my willingness to be great, as far as being a student of the game, and always eager to get better as a player makes me a top prospect as well. I believe I have all the tools needed to be a great linebacker, from running and tackling, covering, blitzing, and being a leader.

At what age were you first interested in the sport of football?

I have been around football all my life. My dad coached high school football since I was a baby in Miami. So I have been around the game my entire life.

What is one thing that NFL teams should know about you?

NFL teams should know that I love the game of football, and I love getting better at the game. I feel like there is always something that you can improve at in your game, so you can never get complacent. Whether it’s me watching film of greats, new techniques, or anything I’m always looking to improve.

If you could donate to one cause in the world, what would it be?

I would donate to a cause that could cure all diseases in the world.

What is the best advice you have ever received?

The best advice I have received has been from my parents to always keep faith in God, and put the work behind everything I am praying and dreaming for.

Who was your childhood hero?

My heroes are my parents. Seeing them get up and work everyday for us instilled the will to grind in me. They taught me things as a child that I use today that has helped me out in life. Without them I wouldn’t be the person I am today.

Who is the most underrated teammate in your locker room at your school?

Tracy Hill, Cornerback

What is your biggest pet peeve?

My biggest pet peeve is when people act differently around certain people. I feel like I am the same person in every room I step in, so when I say people act like that it kind of feels weird.

Overcoming adversity is what defines character, what was the hardest moment in your life to overcome?

The hardest moment in my life was when my dad was diagnosed with congestive heart failure, and ended up having to have a heart transplant. He was not able to work for about two years, and my mom had to deal with a lot. It was not anything I went through personally, but seeing my dad in those times was very hard because I always thought of what could happen. But him being the warrior that he is, he made it through, thank GOD.

Tell me something about your school and why it is so special to you?

Georgia Southern is special because of the brotherhood of the football team. Everyone gets along with everyone.

What is your favorite snack food?

Popcorn

What is the best part of football?

The best part of football is being able to show the work you have been putting in when you make a play. Having a big hit, sack, or interception that turns the crowd up and is devastating to the other team is an amazing feeling.

If you could sell yourself in one sentence what would you say?

I’m always striving towards greatness, and my actions will match my words.

If you could compare your play to one player in the NFL who would it be?

Hard to compare myself to greats, but my favorite linebacker is Lavonte David.

If you could have dinner with three people dead or alive, who would it be and why?

  1. Michael Jackson- Because he is the GOAT, and he had a lot of knowledge and talent. He also never got to live a normal life.
  2. Kobe Bryant- Was one of the greatest ever, and one of my favorite players growing up. But his mindset separated him from his competition.
  3. Luke Kuechly- One of the greatest ever, but his intelligence at the LB position was probably second to none
