What makes you a top prospect at your position in the 2024 NFL Draft

What makes me a top prospect is I have no fear of tackling, Being unblockable is something I strive for, and my Football IQ. I’ve played with lots of different coaches who teach different techniques and schemes so I am a quick learner. I also can play any position on the backend, Corner, Nickel, or Saftey.

At what age were you first interested in the sport of football?

I was introduced to football at 5 years old I started playing in the 2nd grade.

What is one thing that NFL teams should know about you?

I am Competitive and I perform well under pressure.  I’m also a sponge and I love to learn. I love watching films looking for tendencies, play recognition, and being able to see where and how I can elevate my game.

If you could donate to one cause in the world, what would it be?

No Kid Hungry would be a cause I would be interested in donating to.

What is the best advice you have ever received?

“Carpe Diem” which means seize the moment. Sometimes in life, the door is only open for a certain amount of time, being able to capitalize on those opened doors before they shut is something I live by.

Who was your childhood hero?

Both my Parents. They have both been there since the beginning of my football career and have been with me every step of the way through the good and bad.

Who is the most underrated teammate in your locker room at your school?

Jalen Felts. He plays with next-level effort and makes those around him better.

What is your biggest pet peeve?

People talking in the movies.

Overcoming adversity is what defines character, what was the hardest moment in your life to overcome?

My hardest moment of adversity was suffering an ACL Tear a few days before our first game of my junior year. I got through it by having a strong support system that stood by my side the whole way. I also had great teammates and trainers that helped me out along the way.

Tell me something about your school and why it is so special to you?

The culture and atmosphere at an HBCU you can’t get at any other school.

What is your favorite snack food?

My favorite snack is Double Stuffed Oreos

What is the best part of football?

Being able to compete at the highest level and the teammates you meet along the way.

If you could sell yourself in one sentence what would you say?

I am determined to always elevate on and off the field

If you could compare your play to one player in the NFL who would it be?

Amika Robertson. He is a Nickle that can tackle, play the ball in the air, and is disciplined in his technique. He is also looked at as undersized for his position and came from a smaller school which has opened the door for guys like me who look to follow in his footsteps.

If you could have dinner with three people dead or alive, who would it be and why?

Ed Reed, Darrell Revis, and Tyran Matthieu . All 3 of them have made their mark at the professional level. Being able to surround myself with guys like them and being able to learn and gain insight would be an amazing opportunity.
