What makes you a top prospect at your position in the 2024 NFL Draft?

The top traits that make me a top prospect in my position are my work ethic, size, ability to take criticism, and ability to learn the playbook quickly. With my size and frame, I know I can compete against the top prospects in my draft class. I am able to take criticism from a coach and work on what I need to fix. I am able to learn everything about the offense in a timely fashion.

At what age were you first interested in the sport of football?

I was first interested in the sport of Football when I was about 9 years old. I didn’t start playing Football until my freshman year of high school. 

What is one thing that NFL teams should know about you? 

NFL teams should know that they are getting a player that will be a leader on and off the field. I believe that with the leadership skills that I am acquiring right now during my college career, I can lead my teammates and others to success. 

If you could donate to one cause in the world, what would it be?

Being an immigrant from Nigeria, I would donate to a cause to get clean water and public schools in Africa. Education is something that is important to me, and I want to help my community in some way shape or form. 

What is the best advice you have ever received?

The best advice I have ever received is to keep God first, and everything will sort itself out.  

Who was your childhood hero?

My childhood hero is God. I owe it to Him because I am in this stage that I am today. Without Him, I don’t know where I’ll be. I would like to thank my mom for showing me the way of the Lord and being able to put all my problems unto him and He takes care of them.

Who is the most underrated teammate in your locker room at your school?

The most underrated teammate in my locker room would be my teammate Brandon Kline (#18). He has a great work ethic and he stands up to the game. He is always in the gym no matter what. 

What is your biggest pet peeve?

One of my biggest pet peeve is when someone talks about doing something and they never follow through with it. 

Overcoming adversity is what defines character, what was the hardest moment in your life to overcome?

The hardest moment in my life to overcome was when I came to the United States from Nigeria. I had to learn a new language and learn how to interact with people here. Overcoming this took time and I just had to talk to talk and learn from others and the language. Overtime I caught on.

Tell me something about your school and why it is so special to you?

Trine University is a one-of-a-kind D3 school. My coaches, professors, and teammates all care about each other and everybody wants to be successful. Trine is special to me because it gives me a chance to get a great education and pursue my NFL career.

What is your favorite snack food?

My favorite snack is Nutter Butter cookies because I love peanut butter.

What is the best part of football?

The best part about Football is making the connections with your teammates and coaches that last a lifetime.

If you could sell yourself in one sentence what would you say?

My name is Amos Eniitan and I am the most determined, hard-working, and dedicated person you will meet. 

If you could compare your play to one player in the NFL who would it be?

I would compare myself to Derrick Henry because I love the way he plays the game and I try and mimic my play after him.

If you could have dinner with three people dead or alive, who would it be and why?

  1. Kobe Bryant, because he has a great work ethic, and he is a true role model to me.
  2. LeBron James, because he is successful in the basketball field, and I enjoy his game.
  3. Derrick Henry, because I love his game style and he is a great mentor to me.
