Could the Titans trade up into the Top 5? Will players be involved in the trade?

The Tennessee Titans have made it clear they are looking to free up space and start over. They currently have been rumored to be shopping Kevin Byard, Ryan Tannehill and Derrick Henry.
Now they are being rumored to be a candidate to trade up to the third overall pick.
The Arizona Cardinals currently hold the third pick in the draft, but if they can pick up some extra pieces and add additional picks in future drafts, why wouldn’t they do it?
Right now the Cardinals are in a rough position. They have Kyler Murray who may not play the entire year as he is still not 100 percent recovered from a non-contact torn ACL injury that happened in December. Remember Odell Beckham Jr. suffered a similar injury and still has not taken a snap since the Super Bowl two years ago.
The Cardinals hired a new coach and they will want to compete. Daniel Jeremiah in his latest podcast of Move the Sticks said that the Cardinals could move out of three. The Cardinals new GM is Monti Ossenfort who recently worked for the Tennessee Titans.
“Can I give you the team that I have been told to keep an eye on that’s exploring this and looking into this?” said Jeremiah. “Again, this is just people around the league who said do not sleep on Numero 11. The Tennessee Titans. The two teams to keep an eye on with the trade-ups were the Raiders and the Titans.”
If the Titans were to trade up to three they could take their future quarterback which would allow them to jump their competition in the Indianapolis Colts and give them a chance to land their future quarterback.
This would be a crazy trade, but think if the Cardinals could end up landing a player like Derrick Henry, 11, and draft picks in the future years. The Cardinals would also save on cap moving out of the top 10. If the Cardinals wanted they maybe able to throw in a late round pick to add Tannehill as well. The Titans just selected Malik Willis, but he is not Ran Carthon’s guy.
The Titans new GM may want his guy. This would be a very interesting move, but the Cardinals could benefit big time if the Titans are sold on a quarterback.
