What made you decide you wanted to be a football player?

I started playing in 8th grade when I found out my favorite social studies teacher was the football coach. I thought he would be a great person to introduce me to the sport and he definitely was one of the first to believe in me.

What are your favorite moments from your football life?

My favorite moment in high school was beating Raytown in the postseason rematch my senior year. Nothing could ever come close to that. At Rice getting my first solo sack against North Texas in 2019 was also a great memory.

What are you looking to achieve as a football player going forward?

I am looking to show that I can be a consistent pass rusher by producing a double digit sack season.

If you could hang out with any football player past or present for a day who and why?

I would hang out with Jamaal Williams because he is a hilarious character.

Which one of your family members inspires you the most and why?

All my family inspires me, I want to work hard to provide and give back to them.

What is your favorite defensive scheme and why?

I love a good one gap scheme that involves a lot of penetrating and attacking because it’s fun to let things loose and harass the opponent.

I am a man with great integrity and creativity. Enjoy video games and talking about anime.

What stands out about your film the most?

My aggression, motor, and violence stand out the most on film.

How do you handle challenges both in life and on the football field?

I handle challenges by praying and getting support from family and friends.

What would a team get in a player like you?

They would get a man who’s about having fun and winning!

What do you love the most about the game of football?

I just love the opportunity to express myself by making a big hit on the field.
