Are the Rams having a Fire Sale? Who all is available for trade?

The Los Angeles Rams seem to be having a fire sale. The team has given both Leonard Floyd and Allen Robinson permission to seek a trade before they release them.
The Rams just won the Super Bowl after trading for Matthew Stafford, but the team is in a crisis with their salary cap.
They’re currently $14.1 million over the salary cap, which has been set at $224.8 million for the 2023 season.
There have been rumors that Jalen Ramsey could be available via trade as well, and we know the team already released Bobby Wagner.
The Rams are obviously trying to cut some fat on their roster, but the players they have been offering up are some of their biggest stars. I wonder if the Rams would be crazy enough to trade Cooper Kupp or Aaron Donald.
If the Rams find a way to cut ties with Leonard Floyd, Allen Robinson and Jalen Ramsey, that would be three of their top 6 highest paid players, and Bobby Wagner was in the top 10.
The Rams will be focused on the NFL Draft, and I cannot blame them, that is how you get to the Super Bowl in the first place. At least they have a Championship to be proud of! They know how to make it, so if they can draft great they could end up back in the big dance sooner rather than later.
