Ravens should give up a second round pick for DeAndre Hopkins and get Lamar some help
DeAndre Hopkins is reportedly being shopped by the Arizona Cardinals and at this point, I am not sure why the Baltimore Ravens are not running to try to land the star wide out.
Lamar Jackson is a very good young quarterback and he does in fact want a huge contract, but at the end of the day you better get him some weapons if you want him to succeed.
Mike Jurecki reported that several agents believe the asking price of the star wide out is just a second round pick and a conditional pick for the big time prospect.
Hopkins had 64 catches for 717 yards and 3 touchdowns in 9 games last season, and that is without the first six games of the season for violating the league’s performance-enhancing drugs policy.
Hopkins cap hit is 30.75 million, but he is a very good wide out. The Ravens need to do something because they are pissing off everyone in their locker room.
