CJ Stroud rumors | Panthers coach hints that CJ Stroud may end up being the first overall pick
Josh McCown is the new quarterbacks coach for the Carolina Panthers and yesterday at CJ Stroud’s pro day he definitely dropped the hint that the Panthers could in fact be drafting CJ Stroud first overall.
McCown was one of 14 staff members from the Carolina Panthers at the Ohio State Pro Day, but Josh McCown’s comments to CJ Stroud that were caught on camera maybe the biggest hint on who will be selected first overall.
McCown and Stroud began talking earlier about playing HORSE in basketball, and when the Panthers were about to leave, and McCown said when you live in Charlotte we will find a court…..
With all the smoke happening at one overall, it is interesting to see who will end up being the first pick by the Panthers.
Could the Panthers shock the world and take Anthony Richardson over CJ Stroud or Bryce Young? Will they take the safe pick, or will they trade out of one?
Their brass was heavy at the Pro day yesterday so it will be interesting to see if McCown is just being nice to Stroud of he was serious.
