Former Denver Broncos draft pick Ahmaad Galloway died from fentanyl overdose


According to police, Ahmaad Galloway the star running back from Alabama in 1999 to 2002 is dead from an accidental overdose.
According to reports obtained by TMZ Sports, the Medical Examiner discovered the former football star died from a lethal combination of fentanyl, ethanol, and xylazine. Galloway was only 42 years old.
Galloway was an eighth grade teacher in St. Louis and when he did not show up for work, police discovered him dead in his home.
Galloway would go on to be drafted by the Denver Broncos in 2003, but never officially logged any stats.
