Unpaid Rent? Cowboys star cornerback Trevon Diggs being sued for 250k dollars in unpaid rent and property damage

Trevon Diggs the star cornerback from the Dallas Cowboys is being sued by a former landlord for up to 250,000 dollars in damages and unpaid rent, according to Dallas’ WFAA.
Rose Marie Yadegar filed a lawsuit in Denton County, Texas back in 2022 after Diggs failed to pai for rent. She claims Diggs only paid a timely payment in the first month of the lease, and eventually vacated the property in lieu of an eviction.
Yadegar claims Diggs owes 33,500 dollars, plus 11,000 dollars for the last two months of the lease.
She also claims that the repairs to the property are over 3,400 dollars, 531 dollars for deep cleaning of the carpets, and 2500 in legal costs for the eviction.
Diggs has made 5 million dollars already in his young career, so he has the money to pay the fees if it comes down to that.
