Titans are expected to release OT Taylor Lewan

Tennessee Titans offensive tackle Taylor Lewan announces he is being released by the team that drafted him nine years ago.
Lewan posted this emotional post on Twitter.
Lewan, 31, had no guaranteed money left on his deal. The Titans will save $14.841 million on their salary cap with the move. Lewan only played in two games last year after suffering a knee injury.
I would not be shocked if a team like the Commanders come swooping in to sign the veteran. He is a tough tackle. I mean protecting Sam Howell has to be a priority for the Commanders, and Lewan is better than many of the rookies coming out in the 2023 NFL Draft.
