Dolphins fire their Offensive Line Coach | 10 coaches in just 9 seasons?
The Miami Dolphins offensive line coach maybe the most dreaded job in all of football. The Dolphins have gone through 10 different coaches in 9 seasons. You cannot make this up.
The Dolphins are currently looking for a new offensive line coach.
According to Outkick.com, the Dolphins are relieving Matt Applebaum of those duties after one season.
Interviews have already begun, and Dan Roushar of the Saints has already had an interview with the team.
McDaniel, Flores, and Gase all fired their offensive line coaches very quickly. The next Dolphins OL coach will be the team’s 10th in the last nine years.
Who will they hire this year? The Dolphins cannot expect great performance from their Offensive Lineman if they cannot provide some consistency. The Dolphins have some solid pieces on their OL like Austin Jackson, Liam Eichenberg, and Terron Armstead.
If they can add a couple more players it will only help Tua out and make the Dolphins that much more consistent on offense.
