PITTMAN’S POCKET: New Jersey Generals DRAFT 5 HBCU PLAYERS in USFL College Draft

Yesterday, was an Historical afternoon in the USFL, as “The New Jersey Generals ” eloquently, drafted 5 Historical Black College University prospects.

Names such as Cornerback out Jackson State De’Jahn Warren “Nuggett” who was coached by T.C. Taylor, Grambling State Reyondous Estes DB that learned under the tutelage of Hue Jackson , Defensive lineman Jermaine McDaniel Jr out of North Carolina A&T taught by Coach Vincent Brown, Defensive back Derrick Tucker out of Texas Southern who played three years at Texas A&M before landing at Texas Southern with Coach Clarence Mckinney, and last but not least Mr. JJ. Holloman out of Tennessee State who was coached by former Titans star running back Eddie George.

Credit to The whole Generals Owners, Scouts and Personnel for making such a big leap into changing “the” narrative involving the talents and level play at the Professional level, in regards of the NFL, XFL, and CFL.

Great Job Generals.
