Michael Irvin has already won big in court! | Judge orders hotel to hand over the video footage

Michael Irvin’s legal team is putting up a hell of a fight for their client, and they have been trying to obtain the film from the hotel lobby where the former Cowboys legend reportedly made an allegation against Irvin.

Well, the Judge granted a motion for the hotel to turn over the film. He is demanding it be turned over by February 20th.

Irvin’s team believes the film will exonerate their client from all wrong doing.

The judge also ordered the hotel must provide the name of the accuser, and anyone else who may have filed a complaint against the Cowboys legend.

Irvin was pulled off the coverage from the NFL Network during the Super Bowl after he reportedly had an interaction with a female for about 1 minute in the Arizona Hotel.

Irvin said all he did was shake her hand and talk to her for about 45 seconds. So he is not sure what happened.

“When I got back after going out … I came into the lobby, and I talked to somebody,” Irvin said. “I talked to this girl. I don’t know her, and I talked to her for about 45 seconds.”

“We shook hands. Then, I left. … That’s all I know.”

He added, “I don’t really recall that conversation, to tell you the truth. We were out drinking. It was just a friendly conversation. ‘What’s up?’ I don’t even know. … I am totally perplexed.”

It sounds like the Judge wants to get to the bottom of it. Irvin is also suing the accuser for 100 million dollars, saying he lost a lot of money during the week of the Super Bowl.
