What makes you a top prospect at your position in the 2023 NFL Draft?
- For the 2022 College Season, I was ranked as the Number 2 Safety in the nation, according to PFF.
I finished the season with 6 interceptions, which placed me 2nd in the FCS.
- I also finished with 11.5 TFL, which also shows I’m a very capable run defender.
At what age were you first interested in the sport of football?
- I’ve loved this game since I was 5 years, playing flag football in my hometown of Plainfield, NJ.
What is one thing that NFL teams should know about you?
- I would like for all teams to know that they would be getting a student of the game. Looking to learn, prefect my craft and work hard at every opportunity given.
If you could donate to one cause in the world, what would it be?
- I would donate to the Lupus Foundation Of America, due to my mother being diagnosed with the disease.
What is the best advice you have ever received?
- “Never stop believing in yourself” and “Someone is always watching”
Who was your childhood hero?
- I’ve always looked up to my parents since I was a kid. Without them, nothing I’ve been able to accomplish throughout my football career would be possible.
Who is the most underrated teammate in your locker room at your school?
- Rassie Littlejohn, Safety currently going into his senior year at Stetson University. He is a true ball hawk with pro talent.
What is your biggest pet peeve?
- Inconsistency is one of my biggest pet peeves. Preparation and availability is one of the best traits you can have in this game, which means you are ready both mentally and physically. Without consistency, you would ultimately fall short of goals.
Overcoming adversity is what defines character, what was the hardest moment in your life to overcome?
- One of the toughest moments I’ve had to overcome was the passing of my grandfather a few years back. The love I had for him was unmeasurable, and with him watching over me I was able to take my football career to new heights.
Tell me something about your school and why it is so special to you?
- Stetson University is a high academic school, where they not only push you in the classroom but on the football field also. Stetson will forever be special to me due to the way they accepted me for my grad school year and made me feel like family in my little time on campus.
What is your favorite snack food?
- My favorite snack has to be chocolate chip cookies, preferably from Kroger.
What is the best part of football?
- The bond you build with the guys in the locker room, who have the same goal as you and that’s to win every time we step on the field.
If you could sell yourself in one sentence what would you say?
- 6’2 Ballhawking Safety, with 200 career tackles, 10 career interceptions.
If you could compare your play to one player in the NFL who would it be?
- I would say I have a similar game to Justin Simmons of the Denver Broncos. Rangy 6’2 Safety, who doesn’t mind mixing it up in the box.
If you could have dinner with three people dead or alive, who would it be and why?
- My grandfather, where I would discuss the lessons he left me with before he passed.
- Lebron James, to know more about his business ventures and ways to build my investing portfolio.
- Bill Gates, with hopes of gaining knowledge financially along with unique ways to build financial freedom.
