Are the Bills and Cowboys now out of the Odell Beckham Jr. Sweepstakes? Sure seems like it

The Buffalo Bills and Dallas Cowboys were both reportedly in the mix to land star wide receiver Odell Beckham Jr., and hosted him for a visit last week. Well, since the visit both the Bills and the Cowboys have signed a wide receiver.

The Buffalo Bills signed Cole Beasley this morning to their practice squad, and they signed John Brown aka Smoke last week. It makes you wonder if the Bills are content with their team and just are trying to bring back guys that make Josh Allen comfortable in the pocket. I cannot see how the Bills can afford to bring in Odell as this point, unless injuries happen.

The Cowboys on the other hand signed former Indianapolis Colts legend TY Hilton yesterday. The Cowboys were reportedly looking for someone that can come in and help them right now. Hilton played 10 games for the Colts last season but recorded career lows in every receiving major category, including catches (23), yards (331) and touchdowns (three).

In his career though, Hilton is a great addition.

Are the Giants the only team left in the Odell Beckham Jr. sweepstakes? It sure sounds like that could be the deal.
