Matt Ryan blows another historically huge lead to lose badly to the Vikings in Overtime
Matt Ryan is no stranger to losing a game when his team is up big. If you remember the New England Patriots came back down 28-3 to win the Super Bowl against Ryan and the Falcons.
Ryan and Atlanta held a 25-point lead with 18 minutes to go on football’s biggest stage, but New England powered back with 31 unanswered points and won the Super Bowl.
Well, today Matt Ryan will go into the history books for giving up the biggest comeback in NFL history. The Colts led the Vikings 33–0 at halftime and 36–7 with 4:53 remaining in the third quarter before the squad could not get it going.
The Colts ended up losing in overtime with 7 seconds left when Greg Joseph hit the game-winning field goal.
Matt Ryan is now the proud owner of two very bad blown leads.
