Player Summary:

Senior. Transferred from Wisconsin in 2020 and has started for three years. Very versatile, tough, high impact player; has played both inside and outside receiver spots and is also a kick returner; college fit is in the slot. Also used on handoffs and motion plays. Quick and speedy receiver who displays soft hands and good run blocking skills. Has a good first step and comes off the line of scrimmage with great burst. Excellent adjustment to the ball in traffic, adjusting hi/low and making acrobatic catches look easy. Displays good hands over the middle of the field and is a good threat on underneath crossing routes. Can take a hard hit and still come down with the ball. Is a good and tough run blocker who looks like he puts effort into that area of the game; does a good job of bending and displays good strike timing with his hands. Is an average route runner with average separation skills and could improve the most in this area. Is very linear, running straight-line routes and not changing direction much. More of a possession WR, lacks run-after-the-catch ability which you’d like to see with someone of his size measurables.

Scheme Fit:

Inside / slot receiver in a spread offense.

Power Statement:

Quick, versatile, high-impact player with good skills as an inside receiver and good blocking skills as well.
