Kansas City Chiefs offensive lineman Orlando Brown helps youth football player find a helmet that fits him
We are always posting sad things on NFL Draft Diamonds because you rarely find a great story anymore.
Well, we found one and wanted to give Kansas City Chiefs offensive lineman Orlando Brown a huge shoutout.
A month ago, Fox Channel 4 in Kansas City, Missouri had one kid that they could not find a big enough helmet for. This was going to hold him out from playing this season, because they could not find a helmet big enough.
Brandon Jackson, a 6’2, 300 pound, 12-year-old is a big boy who was always being told by everyone to play football, but he encountered a huge problem. He could not find a helmet that fit him.
Jackson needed a 2X Helmet and is really hard to find. So Fox 4 news posted it on their website and Orlando Brown a massive man himself came through.
Orlando Brown, Riddell and Mizzou all chipped in to help Brandon find a 2x helmet and he was able to play this weekend!
Here is a photo of him putting on his helmet!
