What makes you a top prospect at your position  in the 2023 NFL Draft? 

I have gotten the opportunity to start the program at Lawrence Tech and have been a 4-year starter and captain to build the program from the ground up. With 3 all-conference honors in the MSFA while leading the conference in passing. Last year finishing with 19TDs and 2200 yds passing in only 8 games. I have a quick release and I am deadly accurate. 

At what age were you first interested in the sport of football?

From when I was 2 years old holding a football and running by mirrors. Watch my dad play football in the backyard every Monday. 

What is one thing that NFL teams should know about you?

I am a strong leader and no one will out work me.

If you could donate to one cause in the world, what would it be? 

Saint Jude’s Childrens Hospital.

What is the best advice you have ever received? 

Put God first

Dad

Who is the most underrated teammate in your locker room at your school? 

John Mckelvain is my starting center. A Leader in that offensive line room that also protects me with his life.

What is your biggest pet peeve? 

Liars

Overcoming adversity is what defines character, what was the hardest moment in your life to overcome? 

Ruptured my spleen in 8th grade and should’ve died from internal bleeding. Influenced and led the team from the sideline all year. Came back in the last game of the season and had 2 TDs and helped my team finish the undefeated season.

Tell me something about your school and why it is so special to you?

It was the school that gave me the opportunity to play college football. 

What is your favorite snack food? 

Nachos and Sushi

What is the best part of football? 

It is the ultimate team game that teaches men so many life lessons. 

If you could sell yourself in one sentence what would you say? 

Hardest worker in the room.

If you could compare your play to one player in the NFL who would it be? 

Kirk Cousins

If you could have dinner with three people dead or alive, who would it be and why?

1. Kurt Warner, because of his determination and love for his family. 
2. Tom Brady, is underrated, overlooked, and now is the greatest of all time. 
3. Steve Young, for his determination and drive to get to the league and his faith.
