NFL media revenue made 10 billion dollars this year | NFLPA needs to keep pushing for larger contracts and fully guaranteed deals
The NFLPA should love this statistic that just came out from Andrew Brandt the former sports agent. He said the Annual National NFL Media Revenue is around 10 billion dollars per year.
That is damn near more than all the other leauges combined, according to Brandt’s numbers.
The NFL is the top dog and has been for years, and it is very hard to beat them, but the NFLPA needs to push to keep getting the players paid more.
How much money does Roger Goodell make?
NFL’s Roger Goodell reportedly makes $63.9 Million Per Year. That is more than any NFL player in the league. I understand the person running the league should be getting paid a lot, but damn, the NFL contracts need to increase.
Deshaun Watson recently signed a 230 million dollar fully guaranteed contract for five years. Players will continue to ask for fully guaranteed contracts and they should. With the NFL racking up money like this in media revenue, the players are going to want a piece of the pie.
