What makes you a top prospect at your position in the 2023 NFL Draft?
What I feel like puts me apart from other people is , I’m able to track down any ball in my area and make a play And if I get my hands on the ball it’s getting caught 95 % of the Time. Also I Feel that my routes the way i set people up to create the right space for the QB to make a rhythm throw.
At what age were you first interested in the sport of football?
I had to be like 4 or 5 I remember my Dad being a coach and he had to watch me so he took me to his practice and that’s where it started.
What is one thing that NFL teams should know about you?
One thing NFL teams should know about me is , I’m going to do whatever it takes to put our team in the best position to win games, On and Off the field that goes from watching film to studying the play book. Making sure that I’m in the weight room enough to be able to handle what is going on in the big leagues.
If you could donate to one cause in the world, what would it be?
If I could donate to one thing I would want to donate to my Pop Warner Team that i played for coming up because I see as the years go by it’s not the same I would want to get it back the way it was when I grew up
What is the best advice you have ever received?
The biggest advice I had got was my from my High School Coach , He said control What you can control and that stuck with me because something’s are going to happen when you can’t do anything about it , So the best thing to do is move on and let it all work out.
Who was your childhood hero?
My childhood Hero is my Dad because He took care of all my 3 brothers and lead us in the right direction where we are at now.
What is your biggest pet peeve?
My biggest pet peeve is when people don’t take advantage of there opportunities and don’t realize how much it’s worth.
Overcoming adversity is what defines character, what was the hardest moment in your life to overcome?
The hardest things I had to overcome was the passing of my Mother at 5 years old not really knowing what happen, Another thing is going to JUCO because it made me realize and appreciate things more.
Tell me something about your school and why it is so special to you?
My school is in a small town in Louisiana Called Hammond, It’s so special to me because the culture is all love within the teammates , Coming from San Diego I had no idea what Louisiana would be like but it turned out just right for me.
What is your favorite snack food?
My favorite snack is Cheez It’s, They just get better everytime you eat some more.
What is the best part of football?
The best part of football is all bonding together as a family outside of your family.
If you could sell yourself in one sentence what would you say?
If you want somebody to care and appreciate everything and that is going to go hard always pick me.
If you could compare your play to one player in the NFL who would it be?
Keenan Allen because I feel like I can create space to get open on my routes just like he does and because you can depend on him.
If you could have dinner with three people dead or alive, who would it be and why?
My Mom and 2 of my friends who had died at a young age around 2012, and just because I just would want to talk to them and tell them about everything that changed
