What made you decide you wanted to be a football player?

I just fell in love with it instantly playing in the neighborhood with my friends and in third grade joined a team, it was always around growing up.

What are your favorite moments from your football life?

I would say winning the NEC championship in 2019 and my senior year of high school winning district. I really love winning and the relationships and bonds I made with teammates and coaches over the years.

What sets you apart from other linebackers?

I’m versatile in my ability to cover and affect the run and play in the box and I have good instincts.

What type of energy do you bring onto the football field?

I bring positive energy that’s contagious that spreads to teammates and I like to make the most out of each practice and game and I like to uplift my teammates around me.

If you could hang out with any football player past or present for a day who and why?

I would say Tyrann Mathieu, he’s my favorite player and has handled adversity and has electrifying stuff and has an interesting story.

How do you prepare for games?

So I try to focus on the opposing offense strengths and watch film and see what they run the most and see what weaknesses they have and how I can attack it.

What should we know about Foday Jalloh the person?

I’m just a positive person and try to enjoy life and live life to the fullest and always have a positive mindset towards everything and love having relationships with friends and family.

What is your favorite defensive scheme and why?

Any scheme that allows me to run free and attack the offense.

How do you handle challenges both in life and on the football field?

Having a positive mindset and that there is light at the end of the tunnel and knowing that adversity makes me stronger.

What would a team get in a player like you?

Someone that loves the game of football and a linebacker that is versatile and that will come in and work day in and day out.

What are you looking forward to in your upcoming season?

Just change the EIU culture around and winning and focus on my new role of playing inside the box and make as many plays as possible.

Who is the most underrated player you’ve played with and why?

Brian Wright, my high school teammate he plays wide receiver, because time around we had such a good team it was hard for him to stand out and get the recognition he deserved.
