What makes you a top prospect at your position in the 2023 NFL Draft?

My size and athleticism as well as my dedication to perfecting my flaws on and off the field . Fairly balanced when it comes to both the Run and Pass game. College Experience as a starting Left and Right tackle so I could play either one without a problem .  Very Technical in Pass Pro and has the agility and power to move bodies in both outside zone and inside run.

At what age were you first interested in the sport of football?

I think I was around 8 when I was first introduced to football by my father . He would put me and my brothers in a pop Warner league, but I was always too big to make weight so I didn’t start playing football until my freshman Year of Highschool where I played all 4 years on Varsity.

What is one thing that NFL teams should know about you?

One thing that NFL teams should know about me is that I’ve always been a competitive athlete . I’m always looking to do more than what’s required of me. I’ll always look to put in the extra work to get that much ahead of my competition .

If you could donate to one cause in the world, what would it be?

One Cause in the world that I would donate to would be Shriners Hospital for Children because of how they were able to save my little brother and sisters life when they needed it most and I’m forever grateful for that. No amount of money could ever repay them for what they did but it’s the least I could to show my appreciation to them.

What is the best advice you have ever received?

The best advice I’ve ever received was to just “Trust the process and Trust in his timing.” This stuck with me because I believe it’s true that we are meant to go through the things we do in life and no matter how difficult it may get you must always trust the process and trust in his timing .

Who was your childhood hero?

My Father is without a doubt my childhood hero . He’s the role Model I strived to be every day growing up. I wanted to be just like him, so I worked extremely hard to become a splitting image of him. He’s the best strength and football coach I ever had if we’re being honest . Both Him and Mom pushed me through my lowest points to help get me to where I am now.

Who is the most underrated teammate in your locker room at your school?

The most underrated teammate in my locker room at my school would have to be Joseph Williams from Long Beach California . He’s a big 6’5 315lbs Defensive Tackle/Defensive End. Extremely fast and explosive off the ball.

What is your biggest pet peeve?

I would say my biggest pet peeve would be liars . I just feel like the world would be a lot better if everyone told the truth instead of living through a lie.

Overcoming adversity is what defines character, what was the hardest moment in your life to overcome?

The hardest moment in my life I had to overcome was finding the courage to return to school to play football after a whole year away from school due to depression and knee surgery , it’s been a rollercoaster ride since I’ve been back but I’m pushing through it every day.

Tell me something about your school and why it is so special to you?

UTPB is special to me because after I found out I had to go D2 because I had no D1 clock left they were one of the first schools to offer and they’ve shown their loyalty to me, so it was only right I repay them by helping their football program .  I had about every D2 offer in the nation, but I already knew UTPB was where I was going. The coaches here are some great people on and off the field and stay true to their word and I’m glad I chose this school over anyone else.

What is your favorite snack food?

Spam Katsu Musubi’s from 7/11 in Hawaii .

What is the best part of football?

The best part about football to me is making lifelong memories with your teammates on the field and winning games.

If you could sell yourself in one sentence, what would you say?

I’m a natural athlete and will overcome any challenges set in my way.

If you could compare your play to one player in the NFL who would it be?

Tyron Smith, Trent Williams

If you could have dinner with three people dead or alive, who would it be and why? .

If I could have dinner with 3 people, it would be my papa , mama , and grandpa . The reason why I chose those 3 is because they all passed away and I would like to just sit and update them on my life and how far I’ve come since I last seen them.
