What makes you a top prospect at your position in the 2023 NFL Draft?
I have elite speed and a great ability to change direction. I may not be the tallest WR, but I’ve recorded a 48 inch vertical that helps me make tough catches.
At what age were you first interested in the sport of football?
At age 6 my interest in football began to grow. I learned I was just naturally a football player.
What is one thing that NFL teams should know about you?
I’m a hard worker. Even if you can’t see me doing the work, it’s being done.
If you could donate to one cause in the world, what would it be?
I’d donate to anything that had to do with breast cancer. My great grandmother died of it and I’d want to do my part helping in any way I can.
What is the best advice you have ever received?
“There is no tomorrow”
Who was your childhood hero?
My dad is still my hero.
Who is the most underrated teammate in your locker room at your school?
The most underrated would have to be Danny Armstead. He has the potential to be a really good WR for us.
What is your biggest pet peeve?
People trying to talk over me.
Overcoming adversity is what defines character, what was the hardest moment in your life to overcome?
I had a lot of mental health struggles when I first got to college and I really had to battle through to get where I am.
Tell me something about your school and why it is so special to you?
UCA is so special to me because it just feels homey. The campus isn’t the biggest so everyone knows everyone and that’s admirable in a college.
What is your favorite snack food?
Skittles.
What is the best part of football?
The energy of the game, the flow of the momentum, and hearing the crowd’s reaction when you do something crazy.
If you could sell yourself in one sentence what would you say?
Work first, ask questions later.
If you could compare your play to one player in the NFL who would it be?
Calvin Ridley- I think I’m shifty like him and have a good football IQ to take advantage of the defensive coverage.
