What is your favorite route and why?

My favorite route is a post or fade, because I like to go deep.

What are your favorite moments from your football life?

My favorite moments from my football life are hanging out with my buddies before and after the game. Also just being with my team throughout the game.

What sets you apart from other wide receivers?

What sets me apart is my work ethic and my attention to detail.

If you could hang out with any football player past or present for a day who and why?

Probably Calvin Johnson or Adam Thielen. I think they are some of the best WRs in the league but both having different skill sets. Definitely would want to learn from both of them.

What do you think are the keys to success on the football field?

I think the keys to success on the football field are playing together, trusting each other, and having fun!

What should we know about Garett Maag the person?

I put my identity in Jesus Christ. I strive to lead by serving others before myself. I am a hard worker that loves the process.

What type of energy do you bring onto the football field?

I would say I am more of a quiet guy on the football field. But I am always cheering loudly for my teammates. When I do bring energy it’s calm before the storm.

Who is the most underrated player you’ve played with and why?

Past would be Noah Wanzek. He was one of the best playmakers I have ever played with. Present would be Ted Mullin, he is one of the hardest workers I know and his hard work is going to pay off.

How do you handle challenges both in life and on the football field?

I pray to God and ask for guidance. I also go to my parents/family and ask for help from them.

What would a team get in a player like you?

They would get a player that keeps his head down and grinds and stays humble.

How do you prepare for games?

I try my best to treat practices like games. Lot of energy and a lot of focus.

What are you looking forward to in your upcoming season?

I look forward to being with my teammates and playing together. When we play together as one we will do something special.
