What makes you a top prospect at your position in the 2023 NFL Draft?
My high football IQ, competitiveness and consistency on the field and my high character & morals off it.
At what age were you first interested in the sport of football?
4yrs old
What is one thing that NFL teams should know about you?
I have all the intangibles they would want in a CB. I can cover the tall WR and I can cover the slot. I am a very coachable player who is open minded and is always seeking greater knowledge at my position and I will do whatever it takes to be successful.
If you could donate to one cause in the world, what would it be?
Help those starving and less fortunate children in my community and worldwide.
What is the best advice you have ever received?
“You will never know if it turned out better than you imagined, if you don’t push the limits of your imagination”
Who was your childhood hero?
My Dad
Who is the most underrated teammate in your locker room at your school?
Tra James
What is your biggest pet peeve?
Sudden loud noises like banging on my door while I’m chillin
Overcoming adversity is what defines character, what was the hardest moment in your life to overcome?
The loss of my Great Grandfather and shoulder injury last season…
Tell me something about your school and why it is so special to you?
Missouri Western is really quiet campus, and what makes it special is the bonds that I’ve made with the people at the school.
What is your favorite snack food?
Original Lays
What is the best part of football?
The feeling that you get when you make a big play and the love you get from your teammates/ brothers
If you could sell yourself in one sentence what would you say?
My drive for success is greater than my fear of failure, because of this my side of the field is a no fly zone!
If you could compare your play to one player in the NFL who would it be?
He’s not playing anymore, but Rod Woodson
If you could have dinner with three people dead or alive, who would it be and why?
Kobe Bryant, because I want to know exactly what helped create his “Mamba Mentality” and fearlessness. Rod Woodson, I would want know his thoughts on the way the game has changed from then till now & how he would approach the game today. My Great Grand Father, Louis Stirgus Sr. he marched with MLK in Chicago and he had so much history I would talk to him about his era and compare the differences and similarities of today.
