What sets you apart from other linebackers?

I think my speed & versatility sets me apart from others, I can play in every scheme & multiple positions.

What type of energy do you bring onto the football field?

I like to think my energy is contagious, throughout the game the way I express it may be different but you can always feel my energy.

What are your favorite moments from your football life?

I would say playing in my first college football game because of all the emotions I had running through me at once.

If there was a billboard with 5 of your traits on it which 5 would be up there?

Confident, hard working, smart, self motivated, and calm

If you could hang out with any football player past or present for a day who and why?

Darius Leonard, to pick his brain and pick up on how he views the game. I watch a lot of great linebackers in the league but in terms of productivity and game changing ability he has to be at the top.

What made you decide you wanted to be a football player?

I always wanted to play the sport but watching my older brother play made me want to stick with it.

What should we know about Claudin Cherelus the person?

I am always going to find a way no matter what the situation is.

What do you think are the keys to success on the football field?

Being on the same page, as long as everyone is on the same page success is within reach.

How do you handle challenges both in life and on the football field?

My mom has always told me to keep going so I just tell myself to find a way and tough times don’t last.

What would a team get in a player like you?

A team would get someone that can learn and lead their defense, also handle their business off the field.

What is your favorite defensive scheme and why?

I enjoy running a 3 down scheme because I feel there is so much more you can run out of it having an extra backer on the field, I love playing on a fast defense.

What are you looking forward to in your upcoming season?

Individually I want to improve and build off of last season & as a team we always have a championship mindset so definitely that.
