What type of energy do you bring onto the football field?

I bring a fun and energetic vibe when I hit the field. Football is like my get away so I enjoy every moment I get to play the game!

What are your favorite moments from your football life?

I would definitely have to say grinding with my brothers and creating friendships! It so much more to football than just playing a game and winning. People don’t understand all the hours we put in which makes me enjoy the experience so much more. At the end of the day, the only person that has your back when you hit the field is your teammates.

What sets you apart from other defensive backs?

I would have to say my size and length. I consider myself a big corner which sets me apart physically!

What do you think are the keys to success on the football field?

I would say knowledge of the game, communication, and eye discipline. These three are huge when you are on the football field!

If you could hang out with any football player past or present for a day who and why?

I would definitely have to go with Jalen Ramsey. I love how he plays the game and how technical he is with his movements. I would enjoy being able to spend a day with him and learn new and effective techniques at the corner position.

What made you decide you wanted to be a football player?

I fell in love with the game at a young age. As a kid, I played every sport but never seemed to enjoy any of them like I enjoyed football. I grew up watching it and playing it and stuck with it throughout the years and became blessed enough to play collegiate ball.

What should we know about Cameron McCutcheon the person?

I would consider myself a cool dude. I treat others the way I would like to be treated and grew in a household where I was taught that manners would take you along way. I’m a big outdoor person! I also have two beautiful daughters.

What is your favorite coverage and why?

I would say man! I like that competition where it is you and the other dude on that island and you must find a way to win that rep!

How do you handle challenges both in life and on the football field?

In both cases, I enjoy challenges! Challenges are what either make you or break you. In my case, I don’t stray away from challenges. I tackle them head on and if I fail, best believe I will learn from the mistake and overcome the challenge the next time I face it.

What would a team get in a player like you?

A team would get an individual who is dedicated to win! Wherever I can help at, best believe I’m going at 110%.

What are you looking forward to in your upcoming season?

This upcoming season will be the last time I play collegiate ball ever so I have very high hopes and goals! I’m manifesting that after the season is over with, that we will walk away with a ring on our finger and accolades to my name. The next stop is going to be the league!
