7 Round Mock Draft | New Orleans Saints | 2022 NFL Draft
Every year on NFL Draft Diamonds leading up to the NFL Draft, we give certain YouTube Channels a shoutout for the great work they do. We’re less than two weeks away from the 2022 NFL Draft and the mock drafts are still coming. Next up we have a full 7 Round Mock Draft for the New Orleans Saints 2022. The Saints traded away some draft capital including their first-round pick next offseason for an additional 1st round selection in the 2022 NFL Draft. What the Saints intend to do with the additional 1st round pick remains somewhat of a mystery. But we imagine they’ll be addressing one of three positions with their two 1st round picks in the form of Northern Iowa’s offensive tackle Trevor Penning, Ohio State’s Chris Olave, or Arkansas’ Treylon Burks at wide receiver and/or a quarterback potentially Pittsburgh’s Kenny Pickett or Ole Miss’ Matt Corral Depending on who you ask the Saints believe there just a couple of starting-caliber additions from making a significant playoff run; while there are those who believe this is their best opportunity to net their franchise quarterback while maintaining a competitive roster in 2022. Couch Potato General Manager takes the challenge of drafting for the Saints but it goes a bit off the rails with CPGM Drew commandeering the mock draft. CPGM puts on the “GM” cap and navigates a full 7 round mock draft for the Saints.
