The NFL Draft has since grown in leaps and bounds. The 3-day draft has 32 teams competing every year. The season is coming up soon, and qualified teams are geared up for this thrilling event.

The Detroit Lions will have the second pick, the third pick goes to the Houston Texans, and The New York Jets will have the fourth pick. This arrangement is to allow the weak teams to pick talented players first. That way, they can improve, giving room for increased competition.

The Kansas City Chiefs and the Jaguars are entitled to 12 picks each, and the lowest picks—five picks go to the Dolphins and Raiders.
