What made you decide you wanted to be a football player?
Just a childhood dream and I started playing football at 4 and organizational football at 7.
If you could hang out with any football player past or present for a day who and why?
Ray Lewis, just to pick his brain and try to soak up as much knowledge as I can and learning everything he did.
If there was a billboard with 5 of your traits on it which 5 traits would be up there?
Outstanding faith, my heart, my work ethic, my commitment and God fearing.
What type of energy do you bring onto the football field?
Relentless physical hard-nosed energy.
What sets you apart from other linebackers?
Honestly I just try to work on myself and what I bring to the defense and do what I can to understand my role and help my team to be successful the best way I can.
What are your favorite moments from your football life?
Was my first game in Louisville and the brand we had and playing the best ball and we were a team and the best memories is going to war together and coming out together.
What should we know about Mark Robinson the person?
I’m just willing to get the job done everyday, have fun and do what I can to improve myself every day and make the right decisions.
What do you think are the keys to success on the football field?
First of all knowing your assignment, rely ok your technique go out there and be relentless out there and stand out on film, give your best effort and show your a complete all around player.
How do you handle challenges both in life and on the football field?
First of all I have incredible faith, always work towards the goal and know anything can happen if you work on daily habits towards the goal.
What would a team get in a player like you?
A work horse, someone who is going to put there head down willing to keep working to get better everyday and stay focused.
What is your typical training routine?
Go out to the field get a nice warmup in, get a nice field workout in, go to the gym and get a nice workout in there, make sure I get my meals in, stretch and sleep start all over again the next day.
What are you looking to achieve as a football player going forward?
I’m looking to go in and make the 53 man roster, play every game, be a All Pro and get a gold jacket.
