The Jaylon Redd Story: How he had to overcome pancreatic cancer before he could chase his NFL Dream

Jaylon Redd Story

Oregon Ducks wide receiver Jaylon Redd spent the last several months rehabbing an ankle injury while waiting for a chance to play in the NFL, but that was not all he had to overcome.

In December, he was diagnosed with a cancerous tumor on his pancreas. He had to immediately have surgery to have it removed.

But after successful surgery in January, Redd, 23, has been working his way back into physical condition in hopes that his NFL dreams might resume.

Redd released this video on YouTube and it is pretty special. Check it out and watch it.

Redd finished his career at Oregon with 131 receptions for 1,435 yards and 16 touchdowns. He is a solid player and he is working hard to get his shot in the NFL!
