What are you looking to achieve as a football player going forward?

  • Just being a top guy and one of the best guys at my position.

If there was a billboard with 5 of your traits on it which 5 traits would be up there?

  • Size, athleticism, strength, speed and work ethic.

What type of energy do you bring onto the football field?

  • Definitely competitive high energy. I want to make sure everyone around me has the juice. So getting everyone going.

What sets you apart from other defensive backs?

  • Just initially with my size. Being one of the bigger guys out on the football field and the way I play because I always have my hands on guys and I tackle too. Not alot of guys like tackling.

What made you decide you wanted to be a football player?

  • I’m from Florida, so that’s kind of the culture down here, and almost everyone knows someone who plays football. My older brother plays football and he was honestly the guy that got me into football and we had fun playing as kids.

If you could hang out with any football player past or present for a day who and why?

  • Richard Sherman, just to pick his brain and know how he plays the cornerback position with his size and get some game from him.

What is your favorite coverage and why?

  • Man for sure, just being able to compete up against the best and just going at it all game long.

What should we know about Jeremy Webb the person?

  • Just overall a hard work ethic, and a hard working guy, and someone who is good for the locker room.

How do you handle challenges both in life and on the football field?

  • Just making sure I respond to them and not overreacting. Knowing you can bounce back from them and get through anything.

What would a team get in a player like you?

  • Somebody really good for the locker room, ready to learn and go out there and do what is best for the team and a blue collar guy.

What do you think are the keys to success on the football field?

  • Everybody getting on the same page going in as far as the gameplan is concerned. If everybody is on the same you can be successful.

What are your favorite moments from your football life?

  • Winning a conference championship my last year at Missouri State and winning against Texas in overtime pulling that game out this year.
