29-year-old with violent criminal history charged in the killing of star High School Quarterback Deshaun Hill

Cody Fohrenkam a man with a violent criminal history has been charged with the shooting death of Minnesota High School football star Deshaun Hill.
The 29-year-old criminal who shot Hill in the head was charged with second-degree intentional murder in connection with the shooting. Hill was a superstar in the making from North High School as a Sophomore Quarterback. Hill was shot at a heavily patrolled intersection.
Fohrenkam was arrested last week by Minneapolis police while he was in the Carlton County jail on trespassing and drug possession charges. He was transported to Minneapolis and booked Friday into Hennepin County jail.
Hill was the starting quarterback on North’s varsity football team. Hill had a bright future and it was taken from him.
