EJ Lightsey a three star linebacker and UGA Bulldogs commit hospitalized after getting shot in Georgia

E.J. Lightsey the star linebacker who recently committed to the University of Georgia is currently hospitalized after being shot in Georgia.
Two men were injured on Monday Night in a shooting that happened in Fitzgerald, Georgia, around 6:30 pm.
EJ Lightsey, a Fitzgerald football player and UGA commit, was injured in the shooting and taken to the hospital via ambulance.
Police believe it is possibly a gang related shooting and Lightsey was just in the wrong place at the wrong time as an innocent bystander.
The 6’2, 210 pound linebacker was a star on the Fitzgerald High School football team that recently won the State Championship. E.J. is a three star prospect and the 44th best inside linebacker in the country according to 247Sports.
