Former Indiana standout wide receiver Damarlo Belcher found dead in Fort Wayne, Indiana

Former Indiana wide receiver Damarlo Belcher was found dead in his vehicle in Fort Wayne on Tuesday. An investigation into his death is pending.
Belcher was a star wide receiver for the Hoosiers. Over his career he racked up 2,225 yards and 12 touchdowns on 189 receptions. He remains 2nd All-Time in Program History behind only James Hardy who was also found dead.
Belcher was a star for Indiana, and he was a big-bodied wide out who had a basketball background. Belcher entered the NFL Draft but went undrafted. Belcher was from Fort Wayne, Indiana and blossomed into a superstar at IU.
The coroner says 33-year-old Damarlo Belcher’s cause and manner of death are pending at the time of this report.
