NFL and Giants just proved that the Rooney Rule is abused | Brian Flores sues NFL
You have to love the NFL! Brian Flores is not going to go down without a fight, and I love it!
The New York Giants may have messed up. Flores opening statement is a text message from Bill Belichick.
“Sorry – I f*&€d this up. I double checked and misread the text. I think they are naming Brian Daboll. I’m sorry about that. BB.”
So basically, Bill Belichick sent a text to Brian Flores congratulating Brian Daboll on getting the Giants head coaching job three days before he interviewed with the team. This is not good for the Giants or the NFL.
It looks like Brian Flores will have a very valid fight. What do you think?
