Killer of Florida star football player Dylan Jenkins arrested by the US Marshalls

Dylan Jenkins was a star football player at Riverview High School, who had just finished his first college semester. The hard-hitting linebacker was home visiting his family on Christmas break when he was shot and killed during a get-together with his friends.
This week, the US Marshalls arrested Nyquan Priester, a 20-year-old man, and charged him with second-degree murder for the death of Jenkins who was 18 when killed.
Jenkins was with a group of 40 to 50 people, at Sarasota’s Ackerman Park around 11 p.m. on Dec. 29, 2021 “when several shots were fired from the back seat of a vehicle in the parking lot”.
Jenkins recently enrolled to play linebacker for Madonna University, a small school near Detroit. Jenkins was a sport management major, he was a member of the Crusaders football and track & field programs.
We are happy his killer was finally arrested but ask for prayers for his family and friends. Please pray for the Jenkins family.
