Hello, Justin Berendzen(@jrberendzen on Twitter) with my Gator Bowl, Sun Bowl, and College Football Playoff semifinals matchup previews.

Gator Bowl- Wake Forest University vs Rutgers University

We have the Demon Deacons up against the Scarlet Knights. Wake Forest’s offense has redshirt sophomore wide receiver AT Perry who has 1,166 receiving yards and 14 touchdowns. Defensively for the Scarlet Knights they have junior defensive back Christian Izien who has 71 tackles, 9 TFLs, and 4 PBUs. The Rutgers offense includes senior wide receiver Bo Melton who has 618 receiving yards and 3 touchdowns. For the Demon Deacons defense, they have redshirt sophomore defensive lineman Rondell Bothroyd who has 61 tackles, 14.5 TFLs, and 7 sacks.

Sun Bowl- Central Michigan University vs Washington State University 

The Chippewas up against the Cougars in El Paso, Texas. The Washington State offense has grad wide receiver Calvin Jackson Jr who has 955 receiving yards and 7 touchdowns. Junior defensive back Devonni Reed holds 73 tackles and 6 PBUs for the Chippewas defense. Central Michigan’s offense includes redshirt freshman running back Lew Nichols III who has 1,710 rushing yards and 15 touchdowns. Defensively for the Cougars, they have grad linebacker Justus Rogers who has 64 tackles, 5.5 TFLs, 4 PBUs, and 2 interceptions.

College Football Playoff Semifinal-Cotton Bowl- University of Alabama vs University of Cincinnati 

Well, here we go winner to the championship loser goes home between these 2.  Alabama wide receiver Jameson Williams possesses 1,445 receiving yards and 15 touchdowns. Defensively for the Bearcats, they have grad defensive back Coby Bryant who has 41 tackles, 11 PBUs, and 3 interceptions. Cincinnati’s offense has junior running back Jerome Ford who has 1,242 rushing yards and 19 touchdowns. Defensively for the Crimson Tide, they have junior linebacker Henry To’o To’o who has 101 tackles, 8 TFLs, and 4 sacks

College Football Playoff Semifinal-Orange Bowl- University of Michigan vs University of Georgia 

We have the Bulldogs against the Wolverines down in Miami, Florida. Georgia’s offense has freshman tight end Brock Bowers who has 791 receiving yards and 11 touchdowns. Defensively for Michigan, they have senior defensive lineman Aidan Hutchinson who has 58 tackles, 15.5 TFLs, and 14 sacks. The Wolverines offense has senior running back Hassan Haskins who has 1,288 rushing yards and 20 touchdowns. Defensively for the Bulldogs, they have junior linebacker Nakobe Dean who has 61 tackles, 20 QBH, 8.5 TFLs, and 5 PBUs.
