Former Angelo State tight end Tom McDade is in trouble after he allegedly inappropriately recorded a person’s ‘intimate area’ without their consent.

The 19-year-old former tight end was arrested for the invasive visual recording of a person in a bathroom or dressing room.

The charges came after a Title IX complaint was filed against McDade stating that he had recorded and sent inappropriate media without the other person’s consent. McDade is accused of also sharing illicit content on social media.

McDade is currently locked up at the Tom Green County Detention Facility and has a 15,000 dollar bond.
