Judge orders former Raiders draft pick Henry Ruggs to undergo 24/7 alcohol monitoring and wear an ankle monitor
Henry Ruggs III was back in court this morning in Las Vegas, but he will not have to go back to jail for missing an alcohol test.
According to reports, Ruggs will have to wear an ankle monitor that will measure his alcohol through his skin at all times. Ruggs did not speak to the media after has court case, but he is due back in court next month.
I hope Ruggs can clear up his life. He needs to get his act together.
