Video shows speeding car believed to be Henry Ruggs III moments before the deadly crash

Henry Ruggs was flying down a Las Vegas street seconds before he crashed into a Toyota killing the driver, and you can almost feel the speed by looking at these two surveillance videos.

This is crazy, when police said he was speeding close to 150 miles per hour you can definitely tell which car is Ruggs in this video.
