Former Alabama WR Henry Ruggs III was driving 156 MPH before his crash and had a blood-alcohol level of .161

Henry Ruggs III was in court this morning and is facing up to 20 years in prison.

Henry Ruggs III was traveling 156 miles per hour when his Corvette crashed into the back of a Toyota RAV4 killing a 23-year-old female.

According to police, his blood-alcohol level was twice the legal limit.

Ruggs appeared in court this morning for the first time with a gash on his face, wearing a neck brace, to answer charges he caused the fatal car wreck in Las Vegas.

According to TMZ Sports, Ruggs III was only able to slow to 127 MPH at the time of impact.

What a crazy, scene. Please pray for the victims family as well as the Ruggs family. One bad decision ruined two families lives.
