Washington State made the news this week when they fired their head coach Nick Rolovich, and now they are going to have a lot more news on their hands.
According to multiple reports, the former head coach is suing the school for his dismissal.
Rolovich is suing and saying that Athletic Director Pat Chun’s acted with discriminatory and vindictive behavior.
it is definitely the highest profile case to date with a publci employee being fired because he refused to get the coronavirus vaccine. Rolovich asked for a religious exemption and was denied.
Rolovich, the state’s highest-paid employee at $3.2 million per year, remained unvaccinated when the state’s Monday deadline arrived.
