Star Florida High School offensive tackle Nikolas Lawrynas died unexpectedly at 17
Nikolas Lawrynas, a 17-year-old varsity football player and senior at Martin County High School died unexpectedly on Saturday.
The cause of death is still unclear.
According to reports, Port Saint Lucie Police were dispatched to Lawrynas’ home where a woman reported her son had died.
Martin County School District announced his passing on Twitter.
Both his parents were teachers, and he had dreams of playing at Florida State.
Nikolas was voted as top offensive lineman, earning first team all-area offensive honors. He graded out very well last season. College teams were definitely showing interest.
