Jason Oweh is the fastest defensive lineman in the 2021 NFL Draft. The Penn State edge rusher just ran a 4.36 unofficial forty and we were able to obtain a video of him running a 4.41 official timed forty. Several scouts have him in the 4.3’s that is insane.
