Star High School QB Dylan Buckner died after falling from a high hotel balcony

Dylan Buckner was a star quarterback at Glenbrook High School who died this week after falling from a high hotel balcony.

Dylan Buckner was an 18 year old starting quarterback and the captain of his football team at Glenbrook High School in Illinois.

As a sophomore in 2018, he helped Glenbrook North to a 7-3 overall record and a Class 7A playoff berth, and second place in the Central Suburban North conference at 4-1.

Emergency crews responded to a 911 call of a “long fall from a balcony” at the hotel, according to the initial radio traffic. Paramedics found Dylan with traumatic injuries and pronounced him dead on the scene.

There are several reports that Buckner committed suicide but they were still investigating the fall.

Please keep the Buckner family in your prayers at this time. This is such a sad death. From us at NFL Draft Diamonds, we are praying for the family.

We always want to share his film because Dylan was a very good football player.
